GENERAL ADMINISTRATION /SECRETARY.

This office shall be overseen by the general administrator and Shall help in the great volume of the work and tremendous responsibility carried by the General Overseer. It shall be in charge of all administrative matters of the Mission and shall be the administrative head of the International Secretariat. It’s head  will also serve as Secretary to the Board of Trustees.

INTERNATIONAL DIRECTORATE OF MISSIONS

This directorate shall be led by a Minister to the Churches and Church Leaders and ceased with the following functionalities Build up pastors and churches in their ministries. Aid their personal and professional development through encouragement, counsel, and making known to them all resources available. Be the Director of Missions and shall exercise the powers thereof throughout gospel crusades and evangelization and opening new missions  of the Church in other nations, thereby extending the frontiers of the Church.

INTERNATIONAL DIRECTORATE OF MUSIC

The Directorate  shall be responsible for developing, coordinating, and supervising music programs and organizations such as orchestras, bands, choirs, or symphonies across international boundaries of the LCDAI. It’ll be involved in recruitment, training, and rehearsals  with members of the musical group as well as oversee productions. It’s leader shall also be involved in the following areas as well.

  • Preside as the principal Director over musical programs and oversee production.
  • Plan and produce special musical concerts and/or workshops.
  • Devise budgets and plan communications.
  • Interpret the work of composers for productions.
  • Transcribe musical compositions.
  • Ensure appropriate music selection for international programmes in consultation with the General Overseer.
  • Direct choir members at rehearsals and the recording of performances for later review or distribution.
  • Supervise maintenance of and additions to the music library and equipment.
  • Expand and enhance the breadth and depth of the Choir’s range of music.

INTERNATIONAL DIRECTORATE FOR PHYSICAL FACILITIES AND DEVELOPMENT

The International Directorate for physical facilities  and development shall be responsible for coordinating and planning the physical development activities across international boundaries of the LCDAI.  The Directorate shall direct and coordinate all the functions of camp meeting facilities for retreats and special programmes, including the areas of safety, maintenance, grounds, custodial, operations, transportation, energy conservation, sustainability, long-term facility planning, facilities services budget, and oversight of major capital building and repair projects as assigned.

INTERNATIONAL DIRECTORATE FOR YOUTH, EDUCATION, AND TRAINING

The International Directorate shall supervise and oversee all aspects of ministries related to Secondary school and tertiary education outreaches. Along with the direct responsibilities in developing and  coordinating youth programs, the Youth Director, or Pastor, also collaborates with the General Overseer  and the National Overseer, and other leadership team members in carrying out the Mission of the Church.

INTERNATIONAL DIRECTORATE FOR PASTORAL AND CHURCH WELFARE

The International Directorate shall be responsible for coordinating and planning the welfare activities for Ministers, members, and the community across the international boundaries of the LCDAI. The activities performed by the International Directorate with members of the various Welfare units in each jurisdiction shall include but not limited to:

  1. Provisioning of policy directions on pastoral and Church welfare. Church welfare may include assistance to Pastors and members in need and special assistance for widows and orphans.
  2. Identifying those in need within the congregation and discreetly approaching them.
  3. Arrange for clothing and non-perishable food items drive to assist those in need within and outside the Church.
  4. Identifying charitable organizations/shelters that the Church can partner with to help the needy. Pastors’ and ministers’ welfare should be taken care of by recommending the cost-of-living expenses to the branch assembly for action to be taken at the Church Council.

INTERNATIONAL DIRECTORATE FOR WOMEN MINISTRY

The International Directorate shall be responsible for coordinating and planning the activities of all the various women ministries in consultation with the General Overseer or the National Overseer across the international boundaries of the LCDAI.

INTERNATIONAL DIRECTORATE FOR PRAYER MINISTRY

The International Directorate shall be responsible for coordinating and planning the prayer activities of the Church in consultation with the General Overseer or the National Overseer across the international boundaries of the LCDAI. The International Directorate shall lead the local congregation in developing a prayer ministry. The Prayer directorate’s purpose is to organize, schedule, and provide general leadership for the Church’s prayer activities.

INTERNATIONAL DIRECTORATE FOR CHILDREN MINISTRY

The International Directorate shall be responsible for coordinating and planning the children’s ministry activities of the Church in consultation with the General Overseer or the National Overseer across the international boundaries of the LCDAI. The International Directorate shall lead the local congregation in developing a vibrant children’s ministry. Among other responsibilities include ;

  1. Mobilize and train members who have a heart of compassion for children into a group of active ministers.
  2. Pursue the discipleship of children in the Church and their further integration into the fellowship.
  3. Develop and implement programs that serve the children of the Church and foster their integration
  4. Work together with various other discipleship and integration ministries in the Church, including nursery and Youth ministry, to foster an integrated and comprehensive program of discipleship for the children of the Church and community.
  5. Work closely with summer ministry leaders to integrate discipled children into the church/child development/children camp meeting and retreats.

 

INTERNATIONAL DIRECTORATE FOR COMMUNICATIONS AND TECHNOLOGY

The International Directorate shall be responsible for coordinating and planning the communications and technological needs for the gospel propagation and evangelization of the world by the Church in consultation with the General Overseer or the National Overseer across the international boundaries of the LCDAI. The International Director shall lead the local congregation in developing vibrant communication and technological impact of the ministry.

INTERNATIONAL DIRECTORATE FOR PROTOCOL AND LEGAL SERVICES

The International Directorate shall be responsible for coordinating and planning the protocol and legal service needs for the gospel propagation and evangelization of the world by the Church in consultation with the General Overseer or the National Overseer across the international boundaries of the LCDAI. The International Director shall lead the local congregation in developing protocol arrangements and legal service counselling.

THE INTERNATIONAL DIRECTORATE OF FINANCE

The International Directorate of Finance shall be responsible for handling the overall financial matters of the Church and all other things of a legal or administrative character that are his to do by the instruction of the General Overseer. This directorate shall have the following departments 

  1. Department of Treasury
  2. Department of Audit
  3. Department of Accounts

THE NATIONAL OVERSEER SECRETARIAT

This secretariat shall be the National Territorial Head of the Mission in respective nations and shall be responsible for all aspects of the work, whether it be spiritual, legal, technical, or administrative in character, subject to the approval of the General Overseer. It shall look after all the churches and other institutions under the LCDAI. It shall have the power to conduct all religious services – to teach the right to worship God  in Spirit and in Truth as taught in the Holy Bible. The national overseer shall perform all rites relating to the tenets and requirements of the LCDAI. He shall have the power to teach, disseminate, adopt, promote and enforce  its rules, doctrines, and canons; to create and establish Missions, Churches, Religious Bodies, places of worship, Schools, Bible Schools, and other Institutions necessary to the furtherance of its purpose, to teach, educate, train, inspire and appoint subordinate Overseers, Ministers, Evangelists, Missionaries, Preachers, Pastors, Teachers, Coordinators and all other persons necessary to carry out its objects and purposes and the spreading of the Gospel and the teachings of Jesus Christ. He shall be the Chairman – member of the Registered Trustees of the LCDAI in the respective nations.

NATIONAL ADMINISTRATOR OFFICE

This office  shall help in the great volume of the work and tremendous responsibility carried by the National Overseer directorate. It  shall be in charge of all administrative matters of the Mission and shall be the administrative head of the National Secretariat and shall be subject to the National Overseer. He shall work very closely with the National Overseer. National Administrator shall assume the role and responsibility as the Deputy National Overseer in his absence.
